All prospective students must adhere to these steps to ensure a smooth and successful admission process.
Admission for Grade One Students
The school can admit students who are at least six years old at the beginning of the 1442 Hijri school year.
Students who are five years and nine months old can also be admitted (if their birthdate is on or before 31/01/2017) without needing a kindergarten certificate.
For students who are five years and six months old (birthdate between 01/02/2017 and 01/05/2017), admission is conditional upon having an approved kindergarten certificate that shows the student has completed two full school semesters.
Students with a visit visa or students who were born in KSA and their mothers have a visit visa (Syrian or Yemeni) must first obtain the school’s approval. Then, they must submit the following documents to the Ministry Examination Center:
A copy of a valid passport
A copy of the entry visa (only if the student wasn’t born in KSA)
A copy of the mother’s passport and her entry visa for students born in KSA
A valid copy of the father’s residency card
A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
Required documents for grade one students admission:
a copy of the family register containing the student’s name (for Saudi students);
a copy of the student’s birth certificate;
a copy of the student’s vaccination record;
four photographs of the student;
a copy of the medical records from Nour;
the student admission form;
a copy of a valid residency card (for non-Saudi students);
a valid copy of the guardian’s residency card (for non-Saudi students);
a valid copy of the student’s passport (for non-Saudi students);
a valid copy of the student guardian’s passport (for non-Saudi students);
a school registration contract (from the school)

National Schools
Registration for National Schools, Grades 2-12 for Students Transferring from Schools within Riyadh District
Pass school placement test.
Provide a complete folder from the previous school.
Transfer the student’s digital file to Nour.
Sign a school contract from Adhwa’a Al-Hedaya Schools.
Provide the original clearance certificate from the previous school.
Registration for Grades (2-12) (Students transferring from schools outside Riyadh district)
Successfully passing the placement test administered by the school.
Providing copies of all identification papers, including residency card and passport, for both the student and both guardians.
Providing an original clearance certificate from the previous school.

Submit the student’s complete paper file from their previous school.

Sign the school contract (from Adhwa’a Al-Hedaya Schools).
Submit the original clearance from the previous school.
