Registration Steps

The following steps must be followed for all school grades admission and registration:

  1. Registering in the school’s online website alhedaya.edu.sa on the following link:
    https://app.alhedaya.edu.sa/index.php /core/onlinestudentapplication/create 
  2. Passing the school’s placement test. 
  3. Signing up a contract with the school. 
  4. Delivering the papers to the administration. 
  5. Reserve a seat by a down payment. 

admission for grade one students

  1.  The school can admit students who completed six years at the beginning of the school year 1442 Hijri.
  2.  students who are five years and nine months can be admitted too (birthdates 31/01/2017 and before) with no need for a kindergarten certificate.
  3. For students who are five years and six months can be admitted in one condition (birthdate 01/02/2017 to 01/05/2017) If the student has an approved kindergarten certificate that proves that the student has attended two full school semesters.
  4. Register on noor website https://noor.gov.sa
  5. Students with Visit Visa or students who were born in KSA but their mothers has a visit visa (Syrian or Yemeni) should have the schools approval, then they must submit the following papers to the ministry examination center: 

– A copy of a valid Passport 

– A copy of the entry visa “only when the student wasn’t born in KSA” 

– A copy of mother’s passport & her entry visa for students born in KSA. 

– A valid copy of the father’s residency card 

– A copy of birth certificate. 

National Schools

Registration for Grades (2-12) (Students transferring from schools inside Riyadh district)

  1. passing school’s placement test. 

  2. student’s complete folder from their previous school. 

  3. transferring the student’s digital file in Nour. 

  4. school contract (from Adhwa’a Al-Hedaya Schools). 

  5.  the original clearance from the previous school. 

Registration for Grades (2-12) (Students transferring from schools outside Riyadh district)

  1. passing the school’s placement test. 

  2. A copy of all identification papers (residency card, passport) for the student and both guardians. 

  3. Original clearance from the previous school. 

Interational Schools

Registration for Grades (2-12) (Students transferring from schools inside Riyadh district)

  1. Passing the school’s placement test. 

  2. Student’s complete paper file from previous school. 

  3. A copy of all identification papers (residency card, passport) for the student and both guardians. 

  4. Transferring the student’s digital file in Nour. 

  5. School contract (from Adhwa’a Al-Hedaya Schools). 

  6. Original clearance from the previous school. 

Registration for Grades (2-12) (Students transferring from schools outside Riyadh district)

  1. Equivalency of the previous year’s certificate.
  2. Passing school’s placement test.
  3. Student’s complete paper file from previous school.
  4. A copy of all identification papers (residency card, passport) for student and both guardians.
  5. Transferring student’s digital file in Nour.
  6. School contract (from Adhwa’a Al-Hedaya Schools).
  7. Original clearance from the previous school.
